1. How do I create an account?

Confirmation emails may take a few minutes to arrive.
Please check:
- Spam / Junk folder
- Promotions folder
- Incorrectly typed email address
- Full mailbox storage

3. I cannot log in to my account
Please make sure:

- Your account has been activated via email confirmation

- Upload your photos

8. What file formats are supported?
Most contests accept:
- JPEG (.jpg / .jpeg)
- Standard RGB image files
File size limits and specific requirements may vary depending on each contest.

9. Why was my photo removed or rejected?
Photos may be removed or rejected if they:
- Do not comply with contest rules
- Violate copyright regulations
- Contain inappropriate content
- Do not meet technical requirements
