We collect and use your personal information and photographs in order to provide the services necessary for the operation of the 37th FIAP Congress photo contests through the 5WPhoto platform, on behalf of FIAP and in accordance with FIAP’s instructions.

Your submitted photographs and related information are processed solely for the operation and administration of the 37th FIAP Congress photo contests. Such photographs and related information are processed only on behalf of FIAP and only for the specific contest-related purposes defined by FIAP.
After the Congress ends, the photographs will be transferred exclusively to the FIAP Cloud Service in accordance with FIAP’s instructions.
